A. The analysis of Spo2 sensor
1. What's Spo2 sensor/probe
Spo2 probe is used to those who need special applications, such as: multi-parameter monitor, oximetry, etc. these kinds of medical monitoring equipments. It is includes disposable and reusable two types products, disposable is only for a single patient use of product, reusable can be used multiple times by special signs and sales of products.
2. Structure
Blood oxygen probe mainly instrument connector (i.e., the main plug), the patient cable, photoelectric sensors, including radio and television sensor was part of the direct contact with the human body, all of the photoelectric sensor made from a mix of soft silicone and photocell
3. Detailed definition
Instrument connector: the connector that connected the main line with the instrument, for short is the main plug.
The cable: Actually refers to multi-core cable, connect the main plug and sensor together.
Photoelectric sensor: The monitoring terminal, through which collect the patient physiological signal, thus transmitted to the monitoring instrument.

1. Adult finger clip type spo2 sensor
Such blood oxygen probe, sensor acquires signal on adult fingers, the hard plastic shell for fixed sensors is larger and fits adult measurement, the instruments of different brand its probe shell may be slightly different, different shell shape cannot influence the performance of product.
2. Pediatric finger clip type spo2 sensor
Such blood oxygen probes, sensors in children's fingers acquisition signal, the hard plastic shell used in fixed sensor is smaller and measurements are suitable for children.
3. Adult Soft Tip type spo2 sensor./soft rubber/soft silicone tip
Such blood oxygen probe, sensor covered on adult finger to collect signals,  the soft gel coat used in fixed sensors is bigger, suitable for adults. Different brands of instruments and its probe coat may be slightly different, different shape of coat cannot influence the product performance.
4. Neonatal wrap spo2 sensor or"Y" type wrap spo2 sensor.
The type of blood oxygen sensor, the sensor wrapped in neonatal acquisition signals on his foot, fixed sensors used in soft gel coat is bind package type, suitable for newborns.

I. Products packing&transport&storage
1. Each Spo2 sensor cable attaches labels on the line, reel to circular coil, fasten it, and then into the transparent self-styled plastic bags.
2. In general, put the packet products in outer packing boxes, and outside the plastic bag plus a bubble bag to prevent damaging product under pressure, outer packing is a carton.
3. Packaged products use the general transportation is available, transport process should be avoided in the sun, rain, weight, mechanical vibration, and prevent harmful chemicals.
4. Packaged product should be stored in - 10 ºC to 50 ºC, relative humidity less than 95%, no corrosive materials, well-ventilated place.
